I. OBJECTIVES - To introduce new Tieng Anh 6 textbooks. Student’s book and Workbook - Tell students something about Great Britain; England and English. Students learn how to study English well and know the way to learn English. 2. Competencies: a. General competencies: - By the end of the lesson, students will be able to know how to study English effectively and how to use Global Success textbooks and the methods of using the textbooks and workbooks. b. Specific competencies: - Groupwork and independent working, pair work, linguistic competence, cooperative learning and communicative competence. - Have an overview on the structures, topics of English 6 as well as some main grammar points Sts have to catch during the school year. - Have a concept of exams, checking old lessons, doing home works, follow requirements of teacher in class and out class.
